Collaboration Agreement
Thank you for participating in this complimentary photoshoot collaboration. My goal is to create beautiful images together while ensuring everyone enjoys a safe, comfortable, and positive experience.
I hope this agreement helps set clear expectations for both the Photographer and the Participants.
1. Nature of the Collaboration
This photoshoot is a complimentary collaboration. No monetary payment will be exchanged between the Photographer and the Participants.
In appreciation for participating in the photoshoot, the Participants will receive a selection of professionally edited images from the session.
The Photographer is contributing their time, creative direction, photography, editing, and use of the resulting images for portfolio and promotional purposes.
2. Image Usage
All photographs created during the session remain the copyright and intellectual property of the Photographer.
The Participants grant permission for the Photographer to use the photographs for:
Portfolio display
Website content
Social media posts
Marketing and promotional materials
The Participants may use the delivered images for personal, non-commercial purposes, including:
Social media
Personal printing
Sharing with family and friends
When posting images online, Participants agree to credit the Photographer.
Images may not be sold, licensed, or used for commercial purposes without the Photographer's written permission.
3. Creative Direction
The session is a creative collaboration.
The Photographer will provide creative direction and posing guidance throughout the session to achieve the intended artistic vision. Participants are encouraged to communicate openly and may decline any pose or activity that makes them uncomfortable.
The Photographer retains full discretion regarding image selection, editing, and final delivery.
RAW files and unedited images will not be provided.
4. Safety and Assumption of Risk
Participation in the photoshoot is voluntary.
Participants acknowledge that they are responsible for their own actions and personal safety throughout the session.
The Photographer, vehicle owner, and any assistants involved in the session shall not be held responsible for any injury, accident, loss, or damage that may occur during or in connection with the photoshoot.
Participants agree to exercise reasonable care, judgment, and awareness at all times.
5. Vehicle Use and Responsibility
The photoshoot may involve the use of a privately owned vehicle as a photographic prop.
The Photographer will provide guidance regarding where and how Participants may stand, sit, or otherwise interact with the vehicle.
Participants understand that sitting on, leaning heavily against, standing on, or placing objects on the vehicle may not be permitted unless specifically approved by both the Photographer and the vehicle owner.
Participants agree to:
Treat the vehicle with care and respect
Follow all instructions provided by the Photographer and/or vehicle owner
Avoid any actions that may damage the vehicle
Participants are responsible for any damage caused by their own negligence or actions, including but not limited to scratches, dents, stains, or other physical damage.
Participants understand that the vehicle is provided solely as a photographic prop. No driving or operation of the vehicle is permitted unless specifically authorized by the vehicle owner.
The vehicle owner may supervise any interaction with the vehicle and may request that any activity be modified or stopped if it could pose a risk of damage.
6. Rescheduling and Cancellation
The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the session due to weather conditions, vehicle availability, illness, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
If Participants are unable to attend, they agree to provide as much notice as possible.
7. Acceptance
By signing below, the Participants confirm that they have read and understood this agreement and agree to the terms outlined above.
